Will you be screening the footy, cricket, soccer, special sporting events?
All free to air games will be shown on the big screen in the front bar and on the deck.

How can I purchase tickets to shows?
- Online by following the prompts on our gig guide page (VISA, Bankcard & MasterCard).
- Call the Northcote Social Club Box Office on 9486 1677 with your credit card details.
- In person from the Northcote Social Club Box Office, 301 High St Northcote Monday - Saturday 3.00-7.00pm (cash and card sales).

You can either choose to have your tickets sent via post, or collected at the venue on the night of the show.
Please note: if the transaction is within a week of the show, tickets cannot be posted and will be held at the door for collection.

Why can't a person under the age of 18 attend shows?
It is a legal requirement of our liquor license that all our patrons be over the age of 18.

Are shows at the Northcote Social Club seated or standing?
Most NSC performances are general admission & standing room only.

"I lost my ticket"
Once you have collected your tickets, they are solely your responsibility. While we obviously sympathize with the plight of those who lose their tickets or have them stolen, we are unable to reissue them, regardless of method of purchase. Even if we have a record of your purchase, we cannot be certain that other less scrupulous members of the public will not use the tickets.
Please treat your tickets like cash, as they are not replaceable.

Do you have wheelchair access?
There is wheelchair access from High St which requires negotiating a small step (15cm). Please ask our staff for assistance if required.

Can I bring recording devices like audio, tape, camera or film into the NSC?
No, you cannot record an artist's performance. You would require permission from the artist and the venue as per the Copyright Act, as the performance is "owned" by the artist. The authority to allow or not allow such recording devices on the night rests with the artists performing and not the venue.

What do you do with the information that you request from me when purchasing tickets?
The information we request is only used in the processing of your tickets. In the event of a postponed or cancelled event, the venue will endeavour to make contact with you. As per the Privacy Act, the information is not supplied to any third party.

What are the bookings fees for ticketing?
Due to the absurdly high booking fees charged by ticket agencies we decided to set up our own ticketing system. Booking fees to the public are just $2 per ticket - far less than both the shops and the ticket agencies (where the booking fee is often hidden in an inflated ticket price).

Is there a smoking area?
The lower area of the deck has an open air section where smoking is permitted.
